You will get a brief introduction to stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), followed by a warm-up paddle, and the remainder of the class will be spent practicing amidst the beauty of nature. We will move to the pulse of our body and spirit, as we connect our breath with the gentle movement of the water. All levels are welcome and paddleboarding experience is not required. It will be an experience you won't forget!
