Every day I hear people say they would like to get fitter and healthier, but are unsure where to start. That’s where I come in. I offer the structure you need, so you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. I offer public classes at various studios throughout Salt Lake County. Current schedule is as follows...

7:30 - Yoga for Alignment at 21st Yoga

TUESDAY

7AM - Intro to Paddle Board Yoga at Fairmont Aquatic Center

11AM - Roots (Unheated ) at Mountain Yoga

WEDNESDAY

12PM - Lunchtime Yoga at Sunflower Studio

THURSDAY

7AM - Intermediate Paddle Board Yoga at Fairmont Aquatic Center

8:45AM - Restore at 21st Yoga 

FRIDAY

6:00AM - Roots (Hot) at Mountain Yoga 

8:30AM - Dynamic Yoga at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy

11:30AM - First Friday Philosophy at Full Circle Yoga & Therapy

11:00AM - Yoga for Alignment at 21st Yoga

 

POWER ALIGNMENT

Controlled Concentration

A slower paced power class that emphasizes precise biomechanical alignments that optimize strength and flexibility in the body. Fortify the body, avoid injury and strengthen healthy movement patterns through a full spectrum power yoga class. Appropriate for all levels.

HOT FLOW

Dynamic Movement

This style of yoga traditionally links movement with breath. Poses are woven together in a flowing series that allows the practitioner to move to the rhythm and guidance of their own breath pace. This allows the practitioner to build heat internally, adding a cardiovascular element to the practice. Classes are dynamic, allowing for diverse sequencing and creativity.

DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT

Skill Development

The foundation of this practice revolves around the intelligent placement of the body and breath, throughout a fluid and powerful alignment-focused class. We will coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, in order to help participants regain control of their body and mind. Appropriate for all levels.
